What happens if we submit more than 25 dockets per seat per month?
Nothing dramatic. The 25 docket limit is a soft limit — submissions are never blocked. If you regularly go over, we’ll notify you and discuss adding seats at your next billing cycle. You won’t be cut off mid-month.
Can I add seats without upgrading my tier?
Yes. Add seats one at a time within your current tier — no need to buy in blocks. Volume discounts apply automatically as you grow. You only need to upgrade your tier when you want access to additional features.
How do volume discounts work?
The more operator seats you have, the less you pay per seat. Discounts apply automatically at every 5-seat milestone — you don’t need to do anything or negotiate a rate.
Volume discounts apply to all tiers and are calculated on your total operator seat count. The discount is applied to every seat at the new rate — not just the additional ones.
How do admin seats work?
Each tier includes a minimum number of admin seats — Field and Plant include 1, Plus includes 1, Pro includes 2. Admin seats give full platform access from any device including mobile.
Additional admin seats can be purchased independently at $49/month per seat, regardless of which tier you’re on. There’s no lock-in ratio between operator and admin seats — add as many or as few as your business needs.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you 12% compared to month-to-month. The discount applies to all operator seats across all tiers. Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year. Volume discounts and the annual discount both apply where eligible.
Can I switch tiers later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and your data moves with you — nothing needs to be re-entered. Downgrades are handled at the next billing cycle. There’s no lock-in contract on monthly billing.
